Intellectual Property
- Ownership of Deliverables: Upon full payment, Lovelyne Digital will transfer ownership of all final deliverables to the client, unless otherwise stated in the service agreement.
- Third-Party Assets: Any third-party assets (such as stock photos, fonts, or plugins) used in the project may be subject to additional licensing requirements. Clients are responsible for ensuring compliance with such licenses.
Cancellation and Termination
- Cancellation: Either party may cancel services with written notice as per the terms outlined in the service agreement. Any work completed prior to cancellation will be billed accordingly.
- Termination: Lovelyne Digital reserves the right to terminate a project or service if the client fails to comply with these Terms or defaults on payment obligations. In such cases, Lovelyne Digital will retain any deposits or prepayments as compensation for work completed.
Limitation of Liability
